Bradley Elumbaugh, Owner
Brad has spent more than 20 years in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience in both commercial and residential building. He began his career working alongside his father, Charles Elumbaugh, building and remodeling gas stations, commercial properties, and other projects throughout the Treasure Valley.
Today, Brad leads Western Idaho Builders with a focus on custom homes, remodels, additions, ADUs, and RV garages. His extensive construction experience, attention to detail, and practical approach to problem-solving allow him to guide projects from the early planning stages through completion.
As a second-generation builder, Brad is proud to continue the family legacy while bringing his own vision to the company. He believes in quality craftsmanship, straightforward communication, and building lasting relationships with the homeowners Western Idaho Builders serves.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys e-biking, golfing, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with family and dogs.
Katie Elumbaugh, Co-Owner & Design Specialist
Katie co-owns Western Idaho Builders alongside her husband, Brad, bringing a strong eye for design, organization, and client experience to every project.
With a background in real estate, interior design, photography, and construction, Katie helps clients navigate the many decisions that go into creating a home—from layouts and functionality to finishes, colors, cabinetry, and the details that bring a space together. Her experience as an Idaho Realtor also gives her a unique understanding of how thoughtful design and quality construction can add both function and long-term value to a home.
Katie especially enjoys working one-on-one with clients, helping take their ideas and turn them into a space that feels personal, beautiful, and practical for everyday life.
Outside of Western Idaho Builders, Katie loves traveling, hiking, being creative, and spending time with Brad, their family, and their dogs.
